Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you access or use Mices and its related website, desktop app, account tools, billing tools, and services. Mices is operated by PokoAI Solutions Private Limited ("PokoAI Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

By using Mices, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Mices is a desktop app that lets you create AI helpers called mice. You can give each mouse a role and instructions, share files, connect supported apps, use browser and computer tools, and run work on your device or through supported cloud services. You can also set one-time or recurring tasks.

Features may change, improve, or be removed over time. Some features need third-party accounts, paid plans, API keys, or separately configured infrastructure.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. You must provide correct account information and use Mices only where it is lawful.

You are responsible for your account, login details, connected services, and all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for the people they invite, the permissions they grant, and the tools or credentials they connect.

You keep ownership of the files, prompts, instructions, data, and other content you provide to Mices. You give us a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store, copy, and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for any content, account, website, or service you ask Mices to use. You are responsible for checking that your use does not break any law, contract, or third-party terms.

AI can make mistakes. Results may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your needs. You must review important information, files, messages, code, and actions before relying on them.

Mices may ask for approval before an important action, but you remain responsible for the instructions you give, the tools you connect, and the actions completed through your accounts.

If you use your own AI subscription, API key, or custom gateway, requests may be handled by that provider under its own terms. You are responsible for charges from that provider.

You must not use Mices to:

• Break any law or help another person break the law
• Access an account, device, system, or data without permission
• Send spam, scams, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive another person
• Violate privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights
• Scrape or automate a third-party service in a way that breaks its terms or applicable law
• Bypass security, usage limits, billing, or access controls
• Reverse engineer or copy the service except where the law clearly allows it
• Resell or provide access to Mices without our written approval

Mices can connect to third-party apps, AI providers, MCP servers, websites, and computer services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, prices, or actions. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

You may disconnect a service at any time, but this may stop related tasks or features from working.

Mices, including its software, design, brand, website, text, and other materials, belongs to PokoAI Solutions Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by law. These terms do not give you permission to use our trademarks, logos, or source code except as needed to use the service normally.

Mices may offer free, subscription, lifetime, one-time, and usage-based products. The price, billing period, included limits, and available features are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

A subscription continues until you cancel it. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not refund the current billing period. Cloud credits, usage balances, and other digital items have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless we clearly say otherwise.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mices offers a free version so you can try the service before paying. Please read our Refund Policy before purchase.

We work to keep Mices available, but we do not promise that it will always be online, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, app, website, model, or provider. Maintenance, provider outages, software updates, and technical problems may interrupt the service.

You may stop using Mices at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you break these terms, create risk for us or others, fail to pay, abuse the service, or where required by law.

Terms that should reasonably continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, payment duties, liability limits, and dispute terms, will continue.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mices is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make warranties about accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PokoAI Solutions Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or loss of goodwill related to Mices.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims related to the service will not exceed the amount of your single most recent payment to us for Mices.

You agree to protect and compensate PokoAI Solutions Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your content, your use of Mices, your connected accounts, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will post the updated version with a new effective date and may give additional notice. If you keep using Mices after the updated terms take effect, you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes connected with these terms, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
