Mices is operated by PokoAI Solutions Private Limited ("PokoAI Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

This policy applies to the Mices website, desktop app, account tools, billing tools, and related services.

Account information

When you create an account, we receive details such as your name, email address, profile image, account identifier, and sign-in information from our authentication provider.

Workspace and user content

We process the information you add to Mices, including mouse names, roles, instructions, conversations, prompts, files, folders, schedules, generated outputs, workspace names, member details, and feedback.

Connected apps and credentials

If you connect an app, AI provider, API key, custom gateway, or MCP server, we process the connection information needed to make that feature work. Provider and integration credentials may be encrypted on our servers and cached through secure storage on your device.

Computer and agent activity

When a mouse runs a task, we may process tool calls, browser or computer activity, screenshots, commands, task status, logs, errors, and generated files. This information is used to run the task, show progress, recover from errors, and protect the service.

Billing information

We receive purchase, plan, subscription, entitlement, and payment status information from our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.

Device and usage information

We may collect IP address, device type, operating system, app version, pages or features used, timestamps, and technical logs.

Referral information

If you arrive through a referral link, we may store a referral code in a cookie so we can credit the correct partner.

Mices sends relevant prompts, instructions, files, and context to the AI provider or gateway you choose. This may include Anthropic, OpenAI, or a compatible custom provider. Their terms and privacy policies apply to data they process.

When you ask Mices to use a connected app or MCP server, relevant data is sent to that service so the requested action can be completed. You control which services you connect and can disconnect them.

We use companies that help us operate Mices. Depending on the features you use, these may include:

• Clerk for authentication and account management
• Dodo Payments for checkout and billing
• Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure, databases, storage, and background work
• Daytona for supported workspace computer features
• Composio for supported app connections
• Anthropic and OpenAI when their AI services are selected

These providers process information for their service and under their own legal terms.

Some Mices work can run on your device. Other work may run through supported cloud workers or workspace computers. The place where data is processed depends on the option you choose and the providers you connect.

Files and app data may remain on your device, be uploaded to our services, or be sent to a connected provider as needed to complete the task.

We may share information:

• With service providers described in this policy
• With workspace members based on their access and role
• With connected services when you ask Mices to use them
• When required by law or a valid legal process
• To protect users, our company, and the public from harm
• During a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of company assets

We keep account and workspace information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We may keep some data longer for security, fraud prevention, backups, billing, disputes, or legal duties.

When you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period unless we must keep it for a valid legal or business reason.

We use reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect information, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No service can promise perfect security. You are also responsible for protecting your account, device, API keys, and connected services.
